Other things to note
To ensure your comfortable and pleasant stay, may we request your cooperation in our following house rules:

1. Please send us a P1500 deposit (refundable) and a valid id.
2. Please let us know what time on your check-in date will you be coming so I can advise the caretaker or guard to assist you.
3. Address: Unit 521, 5th Floor, Ranier Building, Montecarlo Residences. You can also waze: Casita Lucina.
4. Avoid asking the lobby any questions as we are not fully allowed to have the units rented for short-term stays. Please ask the caretaker, me, or the guard.
5. The caretaker can offer to do personal errands/extra cleaning at a service fee.
6. Do not throw anything on the toilet bowl. A trash can is provided.
7. Minimize volume from 10 pm onwards.
8. For parking needs, please ask the guard where you can park. Let him know that you are a guest and what time you will be staying. Don't forget to tip them. Parking in the street may be subjected to towing.
9. Please take care of the items within the unit.
