The Porto Real Suites Resort condominium is located on Costa Verde, in Ilha Grande Bay, and at Km454 of Rio-Santos highway (BR 101), and is between Conceição de Jacareí and Mangaratiba - RJ beaches. In the condominium marina and Conceição de Jacareí beach there are boat trips with daily departures to Ilha Grande (about 20 minutes) * are not included in the daily rate

The condominium has many recreational areas included in the rental (subject to availability and weather conditions).
Beaches, bars and restaurants inside the condominium, Beach and pool barbecues (subject to reservation availability), plus gourmet space, Club and Nightclub, total of 4 pools for children and adults, Oceanic beach pool with ornamental fish and turtle Sauna, Steam and Sauna (General Club and Suite Club), 2 Kids Spaces, 2 Gyms, Games Room (ping pong, snooker, geek), Movie Theater with Kids and Adult Programming, Children's Playground (open area with lawn and toys), multi-sport court (tennis, basketball, soccer and volleyball), skate park, free transportation within the condominium (scheduled times) and emergency care post for first aid.

* ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATIONS:
- Apartment very close to the Royal Porto club suites with sea view (room) and broadband internet access inside the apartment (Wi-Fi) and in the clubs (subject to availability of the operator);
- Has 01 parking space in the building (visitors have a place determined by the condominium);
- The apartment has accommodation for 06 guests according to the rules of the condominium (2 single beds and 2 spare mattresses with protective covers totaling 6 accommodations and 1 queen size bed with protective cover and 8 pillows)
* We do not provide linens
- Balcony overlooking the sea and the native green forest and rooms with morning sun;
- 1 suite with queen size bed and private bathroom, air conditioning and TV 28 "

Apartamento confortável com vista espetacular em condomínio maravilhoso e agradável... Apartamento fica a 2 minutos de Conceição de Jacareí onde pode-se pegar barcos para ilhas paradisíacas e ilha grande. Recomendo

Muito bom nos deu o conforto que esperávamos

Prezados, Eu e minha família gostamos muito da estadia. Quanto ao apartamento,achamos que ele é muito bem estruturado e bastante funcional, além de ser tratado com zelo e bom gosto. Quanto ao condomínio,oferece boas opções, praia,piscinas variadas, academia, lazer de uma forma geral. Quanto a logística de acesso pra mim que moro no Rio, foi extremamente favorável, levei em torno de 75 minutos. A região em si não oferece muitos atrativos, mas até que não é fundamental, há de se destacar Angra. Houve um tratamento do ponto de vista pessoal muito bom, tanto por parte do serviço do condomínio e principalmente por parte do proprietário. Em fim aprovamos totalmente a experiência e a recomendamos.

Proprietário super atencioso , precisei da locação encima da hora e o mesmo me atendeu prontamente, rápido, pratico e muito educado. Localização do imóvel maravilhosa! Vale a pena mesmo no frio!!!

Resolvemos ir no feriado de Corpus Christi conhecer o porto real resort pois a muito tempo tínhamos vontade de ir e para aproveitar os preços mais baixos nesta época de temporada (junho) fomos mesmo sabendo que estava frio e não daria para aproveitar tanto as praias e piscinas. Mesmo no frio valeu a pena pois tem a hidro, ofurôs, parquinho para as crianças, programação no clube principal (animadores, cinema, música ao vivo) e O sol nos surpreendeu aparecendo no domingo :) Aproveitamos muito mesmo e voltaremos em breve nas férias.
