Villetta Sunshine is a holiday home for 7 guests in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden and it has a porch with swing and sofas, in additino to a dining area. The living room is furnished with an open kitchen, table and chairs and two twin-sized pull-out beds.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with ceiling fans. Moreover, there is a full bathroom. Outside, there is another full bathroom with washing machine.

Sunshine is a comfortable solution for a holiday close to the sandy
beach and the city centre. It`s within walking distance from shops and
services. It`s close to uncontaminated beaches such as the Salina dei
Monaci and the cool water of Chidro river mouth, which is like a natural
and regenerating pool.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
