'The house was so comfy we felt right at home. The views were amazing and loved how secluded we felt. There was enough room for everywhere and I particularly loved how spread out the rooms were. I've already recommended this house to people. '

'I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. 'The house was clean & spacious. We had five adults in our group and plenty of room inside and out. It's a quick drive to Mendocino village and Fort Bragg up the highway. All of us had a great time exploring the different trails & beaches. Hot tub was nice after a long day. Everyone in our party slept comfortably. '

'Our family of 6 (and dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was in a perfect spot close to everything in Gualala and had really great views of the ocean. We would totally stay there again!'

'Great home, immaculately clean, great layout w/ lots of space and cozy furniture. Well stocked and maintained. Home is older and shows some wear (scuffed floor, sliding patio doors hard to open, some visible water staining on windows, etc). However, none of the cosmetic issues affect the comfort of the stay. Location is also amazing, oceanside trail right out of the back door. Beautiful ocean view from most windows and balcony.. I would definitely stay at this property again. '

'The cottage was an absolute gem. The bed was hard to leave each morning, absolutely comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature the entire weekend. The beach was a minutes drive, as well as the town of Mendocino. We were able to drink our tea in a tiny building overlooking Big River. We will definitely be back:) '

'The check in is seamless. The kitchen is nicely appointed. This property has a Keurig machine (so bring be sure to bring pods if you want (it also has a drip machine and a grinder so beans work too). THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL, WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY COMFORTABLE. '

'What a wonderful spot up on the Mendocino coast. Great communication. All the amenities set up for everything you'll need. Views so good that you might cancel some of your area plans. We enjoyed making food in the great kitchen, and relaxing outside while the deer and foxes went about their daily activities. We can't wait to make it back up for another visit. Thanks again!'

'A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.'
