'We stayed here while in town for a rock climbing competition, and it was the perfect place. The neighborhood is fantastic, on our walks we were greeted by neighbors, and we even met a group playing pickleball who invited us to join.The location is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s and Aldi just down the road. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but honestly wish we had, he would have loved the walks and green spaces in the area.The home itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed....

The place had nice appliances and a comfortable mattress, but several issues need attention:- Photos are misleading — layout, furniture, and bed size shown do not match the advertisment.- Towels were not provided as advertised.- Listing implies an in‑unit washer/dryer, but they were not in the unit.- Cosmetic damage: holes in bedroom drapes and bathroom wall, and a broken living‑room table.- No convenient spot to keep open luggage while packing/unpacking. - Would...

'Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.'

'Caveat: we checked in around 9:30pm and left at 8:00am, spending just one night.Pros: This unit was generally as advertised. It is a very tiny space but very clean and well appointed (had ice in freezer, coffee available, hair dryer, and packaged toothbrushes for example). The bed was pretty comfortable. There is a washer/dryer full size in the unit and detergent is provided. The patio area would be nice in the daytime. It is very close to a Metro Station and even closer to restaurants, grocery...

'Felt very comfortable. Felt like home. Well appointed with aesthetically pleasing design and decor. Quiet location. 15 min from Dulles. Would stay again.'
