Spacious & Cozy Forested Condo, Steps to Slopes at Canyon Lodge!

This two-story condo has been renovated with a beautifully upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. This spacious unit features a custom woodburning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, cozy living room, formal dining room with seating for six, bar area, open kitchen and an outdoor balcony.

The two downstairs bedrooms are separated for privacy, the master bedroom has a queen bed and private attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the couch in the living room folds out to a bed.

The perfect family vacation condo and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Pretty out dated. Electrical would flicker often. WiFi was very poor and affected us being able to use white noise for our toddler. Toilet in master kept running at night and keeping us awake. Definitely a solid walk to slopes so that is close to false advertising. For what you get, prices should be a lot lower.

Comfortable & Convenient Condo

This Mammoth condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed for a summer adventure on the mountain. It had a few things that needed repair (a window, loose chair backs, missing knob on closest, a couple of light bulbs) but nothing that detracted from our stay or needed to be taken care of immediately. When I called to let the property manager know that something was amiss, she was very quick to get back to me. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who doesn’t need granite countertops and shiny wood floors. It was immaculate and cozy.

The management is not very professional. Didn’t inform that they were going to be working on the unit roof very noisy and they started to work so early when were supposed to be resting in our vacation.

Overall we had a great stay.. Positives: Short walk to Canyon Lodge, condo had plenty of space for a family of 4, however 6 would have been a challenge, good thing 2 people planned to come did not show. There was ample amenities, place was clean and well heated especially with the the wood burning stove. weather was great, Challenges: Parking area on Canyon Blvd was taken by people not staying in condos and had no parking pass. It was a challenge to park even with our pass if we left during the day. Wifi did not work work well, very spotty. Check - In process was a challenge without access to my email. I was looking for a message to be send to the VRBO inbox.

Very nice, clean and updated. I liked the fact that it is self contained lodging, we didn't have to carry heavy ski equipment up stairs. You just open the door at ground level and you can access the property.

This condo is quite comfortable. It could use new mattresses, as that was the only real complaint we have. For the price, I would definitely stay here again. 5 minutes from downtown without all the noise and traffic of being downtown. The condo was well stocked with essentials.

Great Condo!

The condo has been recently updated. The owners did a great job. It was super clean and ready when we got there. Our friends stayed a couple doors down and their unit was a dump and hadn't been cleaned yet. The location was perfect. Its the end unit and close to the bottom of the long steep driveway. Sierra Mammoth properties who manages the rental was great to work with. The only complaint I have is regarding the complex management company. They had crews show up at 7 am 2 days in a row to remove snow from the roofs without warning which was loud and shook the condo. We were out late the night before and didn't plan on getting up at the crack of dawn so that ruined the first two days of our stay. The complex management should have let us know in advance. Again, this didn't have anything to do with the owner or rental company. They were great.

Ran out of hot water.

Good location and would have been a great stay. Unfortunately, after my son and I showered in the separate bathrooms, my 6 and 8 year old daughters tried to shower next, but the hot water ran out! After about 45 minutes of sitting wrapped in towels (one with shampoo in her hair), the water was warm enough for them to quickly finish their showers. It started running out again toward the end, but they were done. My husband could not shower that night.
