Absolutely loved the condo and its location. It was clean and large enough for our needs. The only negative would be the only bathrooms are downstairs. A powder bath on the main floor would make a lot of sense. And no garage? Parking was a bit limited.

Great place, nicely appointed. Disappointed in the condition of the home upon arrival. Seemingly it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. The management company brought a vacuum for our use, and the collection canister was emptied 2-3 times right away. Too expensive of a place to not arrive to a dirty home.

Very clean, quiet and spacious condo in Mammoth Lakes. Fully stocked with all household items required for a comfortable stay. Only negative is that the hall bathroom is small and with awkward layout. Other than that a great place to stay while vacationing in the Mammoth Lakes area.

Very clean. Beautiful location and grounds. The stove is very hard to open, and front door open by the wind so you must lock it everytime you come in. Beds are clean and comfy. Very nice townhouse.

2 bedrooms and a loft is a better description

3 ‘bedroom’ description is misleading. There were only 2 bd and a loft above the kitchen and family room so there’s really no privacy. Both bathrooms being on the bottom floor was not ideal. We expected at least a hand soap, a shampoo and lotion but we had to go out and get some. Had to struggle a few times to lock the door. Host was quick to respond so I appreciated that.

Nice place

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice paths to walk around for the dogs. All the electronics, washer /dryer, dishwasher, etc all worked well. The instructions for entry using their app did not work, but the property manager sent us the codes. Both bathrooms are on the bottom floor, which is the only downside to the layout, otherwise it was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had 4 adults and 5 kids. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are im the first level. Living room, dining and kitchen in the 2nd level with the loft. The loft was spacious as well with a queen and twin bed. We had loads of fun stsying inside during a blizzard. Internet was fast enough for to do some work and webex meetings, while streaming movies. Would definitely stay here again.

A Winter Wonderland!

In short, amazing! Once we opened the doors and settled in, we knew this was the perfect place to ring in the New Year! The two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor. Very comfortable and cozy. The Laundry worked beautifully and conveniently located in between the bedrooms. The Kitchen, Dining and Living room areas are very spacious with a great layout for hosting, dining and entertaining. The kitchen was equipped with every convenience, making meals easy to prepare. The Loft area was perfect for the kids to sleep, read, play and congregate away from the adults. The place is dog friendly and our lab really enjoyed the space as well! Overall, I would highly recommend this unit for any occasion and I am sure we will be regulars during the Holiday and Ski Season. In fact, I am sure we will be back this season! thanks again for the opportunity. Regards
