• Parking: Unassigned parking is available for up to two vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided inside the condo and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Tennis courts are available during the summer season. The community pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ area may be unavailable due to ongoing renovations.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
