Enter the condo on the second story from the exterior hallway into an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room features a Smart TV, wood-burning stove, and deck access. The dining area seats 4, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a morning coffee.

The primary bedroom has a cozy queen bed, and the downstairs bathroom includes a separate sink area and a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the loft offers a queen bed and a twin bunk bed set, along with a desk and flat-screen TV. The loft bathroom also has a separate sink and shower/tub combo. The loft is enclosed except for the stairwell area and a small opening to the living room.

Chamonix Condominiums provides excellent amenities, including a recreation room with a large-screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball, as well as a sauna, hydro spas, a seasonal/summer swimming pool, and a summer BBQ area. Coin-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located near the office. Two unassigned parking spaces are available.

Chamonix 12 is ideally located for enjoying Mammoth Lakes year-round, with easy access to the ski area in winter and the bike park in summer. Internet and cable are provided (refunds cannot be made for connectivity issues). Please note: no pets, including service animals, are permitted in this condo or the Chamonix complex.
