Best 2-Bedroom Condo In The Village At Mammoth!

This 2-bedroom condo is located on the top floor of Lincoln House, overlooking the central courtyard of the Village at Mammoth, and located just a few steps from the Village Gondola. As well, shops, restaurants, the Village pool, Jacuzzis, and the fitness centers are also just a few steps away. The large balcony offers breathtaking views of the main Village courtyard, and Sherwin mountain range with its dramatic sunsets. This upscale condo is beautifully furnished, and features a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, all with granite countertops. The master bedroom features a King size bed, the guest room a queen size bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (condo sleeps up to 6). There are 3 flat screen TVs, and 3 DVD players. Heating is electric as well as a gas fireplace in the living room. This unit has its free WiFi internet access. No smoking is allowed. There is a reserved ski and snowboard locker in the lobby area (please bring a padlock). Please note that skis, snowboards and bicycles are not allowed in the unit, as they scratch the walls). Sorry, pets are not allowed. One parking pass is provided for unassigned underground parking in the Village (there is no option for a second parking pass, due to the Village parking restrictions). Convenient shuttle buses stop by the Village, and can take you virtually anywhere in town. Rates listed here are guaranteed to be at least 10% lower than you would find if you booked directly through the mountain, and this condo is arguably the best 2-bedroom condo in the Village. Check-in great. Not enough key cards, this was an issue. I received a boot citation because they didn't look at the dash where I was instructed to put it. The boot wasn't there thank god but the citation was saying they had my license. Not sure what that means. But all in all a good stay minus those headaches.

We had a great time in Mammoth and the condo was great. It was central to everything we needed which made our stay spectacular. Communication was easy with Marc and he was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall a great stay.

Family time

This a great place for some quality time with your family. I traveled with my 80yo mom and was able to appreciate the serenity and view during our stay. The location is near all small town facilities, such as groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and also knickknacks here and there. The unit is fully equipped if you opted to cook. The Property Manager is very responsive to ensure a smooth stay and ready to assist at a moment's notice if needed. Looking forward to visiting this place again soon.

Wonderful condo

This beautiful condo is exceptionally well appointed and equipped with everything you might need. We were able to hear the various musical artists and watch the spectacular 4th of July firework show directly from the large balcony. We very much enjoyed using the pool and various jacuzzis after our hikes and bike outings. Thank you, Marc, for a lovely stay.

Village delight

Our family had a wonderful stay in the village condo. The location couldn’t be better. My husband and boys hit the slopes and I hit the village shops. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains is breath taking and the village below will keep you entertained.

Great Location trumped by Mold and Dishonesty

This is truly a great location, in the Village right across from the Village Gondola. We booked 8 nights for Christmas / New Years. While unpacking, we noticed a dripping sound under the kitchen sink. The water filtration system was leaking, the cabinet floor was so severely damaged it had buckled, there was water everywhere and massive amounts of mold on the rear of the cabinet. Contacted Marc immediately, turns out he was aware of an issue under the sink but didn't see it fit to let us know beforehand (said he didn't notice mold, when he was there 10 days prior, tried to get a plumber but couldn't due to the holidays). Surprise, he got a plumber to come out within 30min (on Christmas Eve) the plumber managed to shut the filtration system off but couldn't do anything about the mold, said its a major job. He laughed when I said Marc didn't notice the mold 10 days prior, I wish I could post pics here but I don't see where I can? This mold was clearly not new, and has built up over a long period of time. Plumber showed me the texts from Marc re: the issue dating back to November! We could smell the Mold, I had brought a lot of food to cook, we instead had to eat out as we just didn't feel comfortable spending anytime in the kitchen. Marc apologized for the inconvenience and said he would like to make it up to us. He has initiated a refund of 5.97% which honestly is a slap in the face, in my opinion. Marc you're better than that.

Perfect Village Family Condo

We loved our stay in this awesome village condo! So convenient to everything and very spacious for relaxing after a snow/ski day. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the home was in good working order. Internet will be spotty at times but that’s anywhere in mammoth and changes with the weather! Marc was very responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out were both super quick and easy! Great for a family of four or two couples

We go to Mammoth very often, finding this beautiful condo in the village was a treat as this is our favorite location. The condo is beautifully decorated with fantastic views.
