'Disappointed on my 7th stay there ,won't go back with the latest price hikes and extra energy fees , be sure to check your bill at the end as extras were added on too. Still can't use the green pool , poor internet, lack of bar staff , byo salt and pepper, they won't provide $2 coins for pool table, so, not much todo. Shame as it's a good location and good food.'
'Castaway Island was an absolutely wonderful place to stay for 7 nights with 2 kids (8 & 5yo). It was so incredibly relaxed, beautiful & fun. The staff somehow remembered our names which was amazing. I thought it was a Fijian thing, but at the next (fancier) resort we were reduced to madam & sir. Nothing was too much for the team. Once they even climbed a tree to cut a coconut for us.

'Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight.'
