'Great stay! Be mindful when you board the boat to not wear running shoes as you will be getting off the boat in the sand and water. Our beach hut was big and comfortable. We had an issue with not getting clean shower towels but after some time we did get some. Staff are very friendly and kind. Lots of sunchairs and umbrellas. Plenty of food and small shop for snacks if needed. Bring reef shoes as the sand and the ocean are full of corals and rocks.'
'The property and staff show signs of age and rot. It would take too much effort to list every disappointment, but I would like to highlight Sam, at the front desk, as truly inept. I had to switch rooms at one point (not the hotel's fault) and when I asked Sam when we could move the luggage, he had no clue, no interest in finding out, and no interest in our interest. 'Het resort is zwaar verouderd. Veel zaken zijn kapot. Overal ligt rommel en afval. Het is ook vies op veel plekken. Het zwembad was smerig. Nadat onze kinderen hier in hadden gezwommen kregen ze onwijs rode ogen en buikloop. Het is prijzig dus de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed. Voor veel zaken moet je bijbetalen en ben je ook bewust dat het nog veel extra geld kost om op het eiland te komen en te gaan. Het eten is slecht, niet vers, smaakloos en ongezond. De wifi werkt niet.
