'Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer. On one side you're enjoying the spectacular views of the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves. When you exit the other side you walk into live music, good food and nice shops. 'The hotel is nice overall. I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. Good air conditioning. If you like a bed mattress very hard, old and covered with a pink sponge this is the place to come. You might even get a free back pain from it.'
