« The bunks are built into the walls and very sturdy. The mattress is asian firm, with a thick duvet which is useful as the AC is strong. The bunk also has a privacy curtain, a private light and an electrical socket. There were also 2 USB socket, but they were broken. There's a locker under the bed, which could fit my small backpack and a small suitcase. You'll need a padlock though. There were separate bathrooms for boys and girls. « This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops. One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine...

"The Berjaya Langkawi Resort exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful chalets set right in the tropical rainforest and a lovely, quiet beach perfect for relaxing. Our child loved seeing monkeys, birds, and other wildlife around the resort — it made the stay truly memorable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and safe for families. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy nature, comfort, and a relaxing holiday in Langkawi."

Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis plus de 10 ans et ceux de loin, meilleur hôtel de Kuala de Kuala Lumpur de part ses infrastructures, son service client , son confort, ses chambres et son emplacement. Et Le déjeuner est incroyable !"
