« The cottage and surrounds were inviting and peaceful. Bed linen was beautiful, though we did find the mattresses too firm for us. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace kept the cottage cosy and warm. We also enjoyed the bookcase filled with an interesting mix of books and games, as well as the hammock and a fire by the dam to take in the beautiful starry sky. Elbert was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« It was a beautiful large old farmhouse situated in the most peaceful environment,the views were amazing which could be enjoyed on a deck around the house.marg was very easy and quick to communicate with and provided us with everything we needed,we appreciated the bacon and eggs and extras.the farm house was just a short drive to the cascades and Turpin falls.if your looking for somewhere to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle and wanted to relax surrounded by farm life and quiet this is...

« beautiful surprise in a nice country town. luxurious interior decor. only comment is bathroom is not suited for older people as will need to stand in bathtub for shower , open concept. I enjoyed the wooden bathtub but did not want to wet the surroundings so was best to sit and shower. :) »

The attention to detail is impeccable and the quality of all the furnishings and features will blow you you away. True bliss, decadence, the ultimate escape from reality, whilst still feeling safe and at home. We cannot recommend enough highly enough ... oh, and that spa! Enjoy! »

« Lovely cottage, looks just like the photos. Check in was very easy. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was good, and the kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. Sandon is 20 mins away from everything, so perfect for exploring the area. My only feedback was that when I arrived the cottage was freezing. The heating works very well, but it did take several hours for it to warm up. I would stay here again. »

« The house was lovely and cosy and really well maintained. There was wood for a lovely warm fire and great kitchen facilities. There were 3 couples staying and it was a perfect house for us and close to our friends great restaurant The Good Food Providers and the rest of the cute shops. »
