There is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. Hotel Yaramar is located just next door and has entertainment that can be enjoyed from the apartment terrace. There is live music until about 23:00 during high season at the Yaramar Hotel pool area, which can be seen from the main terrace. The apartment has new double glazed windows that help to block noises of the city.
