We so appreciated Angelo’s help with the luggage, and Maria and Ileana for everything else. Breakfast is served on a tray in your room, so decadent and romantic:). Our room had a huge terrace and a hot tub. Just a note— Rooms are up 4 steep flights of stairs. Baggage help is great!'

'Our room was great - good size and very clean. We had a fabulous view from our balcony across to the port of Amalfi. Breakfast was on the first floor balcony which also had a great view over the beach and port. Breakfast was not a buffet as we have been used to so options were limited but the coffee and staff were great! The location of the hotel was so central to everything in Amalfi town - the cathedral, restaurants, the bus and ferry stations. Highly recommend Hotel Residence in Amalfi. '
