'I was given a room next to the front desk. The clerk watched TV full volume all night. The room was dirty. The bed sheets smell of moist.'

There was no upper bed sheet, no water, glasses, hand towel or any other toiletries besides a cheap hand soap. And that is newly renovated” hotel. 'A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. 'Maya farm stay is a worth-visiting property surrounded by beautiful scenic chilly field and hills, with colourful and bright rose plants spread across the location. It welcomes you with a serene feel and the vibe of the place is so captivating! The food is excellent and we enjoyed the nearby safari too. The rooms are neat and the whole area is well maintained.'

'I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank. Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing'
