'Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. Someone who has been in hospitality for over 15 years i understanding things can be missed unintentionally so it doesn't bother me as much. But it would help if the rooms were double checked.'

'We chose to stay here based off all the good reviews it had. I’m not really sure why it got so many good reviews other than for it being located on Main Street. The room didn’t feel super clean and the bed was so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything but cereal and some sketchy boiled eggs to choose from.'

'We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. 'The property was very nice, and the location very good. I drove into the downtown area of Stroudsburg, and enjoyed exploring the shops, restaurants, and coffee cafes. I think the desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic, and offered more of a friendly greeting when guests arrived and/or departed. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the kitchen staff was very nice & helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!'
