'Leslie, the home owner, was easy to communicate with. She was pleasant and highly accommodating. We traveled for a conference and enjoyed a little respite in her cabin. I enjoyed how it was close to town, but secluded with only a couple other properties in the same corner. The cabin was like home and the hot tub was an oasis after long days. We did not have any issues during our stay and would gladly stay at Leslie’s property again. '

'The check in process was simple and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary utensils and appliances. The house is beautifully decorated in a mountain theme and the photos fully represent the property. We loved the hot tub on the deck with its awesome views. We will definitely return. 'We stayed here for the Maggie valley hillbilly jam. The house was cozy just like the pictures. The host was wonderful to work with. The refrigerator was not cooling or freezing appropriately when we got there and she was very quick to come check it out and bring in another small one for us. Just a couple of things to consider… like I said I have no complaints what so ever just something’s that caught my eye but nothing that would make me not stay here again! - the beds are SUPER soft… I think...

'We thuroughly enjoyed our stay in Maggie Valley. The property is just as it's shown in the photos. The views are outstanding. The home was well equipped with everything you could need. We stayed for 10 days and never ran out of things to do. The deck with the hit tub and fire pit were a huge bonus. We were able to spend time in town which is in walking distance and also travel a short distance to explore other local areas. We had such a great time and appreciate the home immensely.'

'The property is well-maintained, clean, and has excellent facilities all around. Our stay accommodated well for dogs, toddler, kids, teens, adults, senior citizen, and wheelchair individual. The drive up to the house is a bit steep (as expected in this mountain area), but worth it for the gorgeous view. It is nearby to plenty of activities, restaurants and shops. Communication with owners was great, even warning of bear sightings. I would highly recommend this property!'

'Three generations of my family (ages 17 - 87) spent a week at Ridgeview Retreat. The house is large, spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable and has spectacular views of the mountains. 'The Treehouse is a wonderful property! The house sits up in the trees giving you a wonderful mountain view when you are sitting on the lovely screened in porch.
