You will be staying at "La Curtascia", a charming 4-room house that spans 80 m2 across 2 levels in a west facing position. This vacation property is suitable for 5 adults and features practical and antique furnishings throughout. The main level includes a dining room with a low door height of 175 cm, which is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, flat screen, radio, DVD player, and heating stove. The open kitchen comes with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine, with capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) available as an extra, along with an electric heater. You will find a shower and WC on this floor, which has underfloor heating and natural stone floors. The upper floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, contains three bedrooms. The first room has a low door height of 175 cm and is furnished with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. The second room, also with a low door height of 175 cm, features 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. The third room has a low door height of 175 cm and contains 1 sofabed (120 cm). A separate WC is located on the upper floor as well.
