'Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset.'

'This property was nothing like the pictures, when we pulled up outside I couldn’t believe it, we thought ok we’re here now, lets go in and check in, the lady on reception was lovely to be fair and I felt a bit sorry for her as I’m sure we weren’t the first to look disappointed. We went to our room and looked around, the first thing my partner saw was the white towels on the bed that had gone grey, we left our stuff and went out for a coffee, at which point we both said we need to book somewhere...
