Chianti - 2 bedrooms in Malasaña

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Chianti couples a symmetry in design with soft light green and gray hues which contributes to a calming atmosphere. The 110 square meter apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 balconies. There are dark hardwood floors throughout the brightly illuminated space.

Upon walking in, find an open plan kitchen finished with gray blue vinyls and fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. A small laundry room is next to the kitchen. The large kitchen island doubles as a bar and looks upon the spacious living room. The dining area, fitted with a large table, is decorated with custom made wooden beams doubling as lamps on the wall. The lounge area has a comfortable couch facing the Smart TV. A dedicated work space with desk and chair against a light green wall. Mounted on the wall, a geometric black design frames an art piece.

At the other end of the apartment, find two large bedrooms fitted with queen-sized beds and ample storage space. The first bedroom features a geometric composition of frames and wooden beams mirroring those of the dining room wall. The second bedroom has a custom made wooden border. Both bathrooms are modern with full showers and fresh towels. This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
