'It was amazing..staff were great amd always helpful. We stayed at the main wing deluxe family room and it was spacious. It even fit an extra bed. There was a separate living area and a balcony. Our view was beautiful. Beds were so comfy. Therw was complimentary water bottles and snacks. The whole place was lovely. Amenities were.top notch. I love that theres a marine sanctuary and love feesing the fish.i wanna go back someday.'

'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation,...

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did.
Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake!
My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son.
Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
