'The best of the best. Very clean property and rooms, very nice and attentive staff. Amazing food, beautiful beach, activities on site. It’s hard to leave this place because you can just stay here all day. Multiple restaurants which all serve great food. I recommend the ocean wing upgrade with ocean lounge upgrade for a little peace and quiet.'

Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'The place is clean and new . The staff are very nice and attentive . We don’t have any problem with parking since we didn’t have a car to park but there a space to park . The only negative I could say is that the place is not easy to locate . Can drivers don’t know the place yet . The signage of the hotel on the street is very small . But overall I would recommend the place .'
