Partez en week-end dans un appart'hôtel à Mactan

« L’accueil était top, personnel présent et agréable qui nous trouve même un taxi pour l’aéroport à 5:30am. Séjour de 3 nuits. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, avec chambre séparée et petit balcon (idéal pour sécher nos vêtements après la piscine). Quartier vivant avec différents restaurants et commerces au pied du bâtiment. Piscine plutôt grande et bien exposée au soleil. Le petit bémol reste l’isolation, on entent quelque tambour etc... nous étions en pleine période de fête de Lapu-Lapu. »

« Very good condo, well furnished, great communication with the owner. He will Personally pick you up at the airport and go To the condo to explain you the rules and facilities. A scooter is also available for free. The condo is amazing and modern and great view from the 14th floor. However the pool and facilities are old. « There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

« No hot water. No cleaners. Reception was useless in calling maintenance. Washing machine leaking, air conditioner in room leaking which caused minor flooding in the room and kitchen. Brown out lost power to the room with no backup generator. Had to leave to room because of no power. Very disappointed with this hotel. »

« This is a private condo on the top floor of a hotel all you see is ocean. From the 11th floor down is a hotel. The upper floors are privately owned. When the hotel staff realized we were guests of the condo we became persona non grata. We could not even use a luggage trolley for our bags. Thank goodness a kind neighbor of the condo helped us figure out the door access. « 저는 숙소 너무 좋았어요. 비록 수영장과 헬스장을 이용못해서 아쉬웠지만.... 창문을 통해서 보는 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 식기구가있어서 뭘 해먹기 편했는데 전에이용하던분이 식기를 제대로 안씻어놔서 그릇과 식기가 아주조금 신경쓰였습니다. 밥먹고 환기시킬수있어서 너무좋았구요. 바람도 잘들어오고 햇살도 잘들어오는 머물기 좋은곳이었습니다. »
