Aparthotels in Mactan Island

'Great stay'

'I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...

'no wifi ,cause no wifi no TV also micro wave not working could not contact owner . It was a disappointing way to end a vacation when paying full price. Not worth the stay. One expects that every works that they post about the rental . '

'Property looks good from the outside as building seemed new. However, appliances of the unit are old and some not working. The bathroom has yellow grout in tiles which looks dirty.'

'The unit was very well furnished & decorated. The view of the pool & ocean were very relaxing. The building however, needs exterminator services. The lobby has several mosquitos, and there were several roaches in the kitchen area. Conversations can be heard in the hallway as well as music from the street, so if you need a soundproof unit, look elsewhere. The pool area is huge! Likely 2.5 times an olympic pool in length. The fitness center has enough of the basics to get in a good session. The...

'The location is convenient, being close to groceries, restaurants, and several tourist spots. However, the condition of the condominium was quite rough. One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a leak whenever the shower was used. Communication with the host was difficult—I could only reach out through Expedia,...

'Front desk not so friendly nor accommodating. Host not responsive and inaccurate with details. The unit is dated and not that clean. Towels are rough and old. You have to ask for toilet rolls and trash liners. No drinking water available. Kitchenette with rusty stove with a very old scratchy aluminum pot and pan and a not working microwave oven. Book at your own risk I should say.'

'This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. '

'The property was so terrible that I left after a few days rather than stay the full 25 days! No hot water and the windows leaked when it rained flooding the room! The kitchen was just nasty with dirty dishes in the drawers! Roaches everywhere and the shower leaked cold water all over the bathroom floor! The towels had holes in them and everything was a lie! No service at the property as they promised and I was not allowed to use the gym or swimming pool because I was not an owner! I even...
