'Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...
