'Because of the swimming pool I booked it to stay, but they require me to wear a real swimming cap to be able to swim. Otherwise had to pay them 10 mop. No any relaxing swimming pool in any hotel had such an unrealistic and ridiculous requirement. Ruined my relaxing trip.
Was asking the receptionist to make a reservation for my dinner reservation , he was telling me there would be 5 MOP charges. Unbelievable this hotel was the any one not try to help their customers for their simple local needs...

Let me just say that Macau is VERY different than Hong Kong, even in an upscale property like Wynn Macau. Every hotel employee I encountered struggled with the English language, which I found shocking. I requested a non-smoking one bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Tons of space and great furnishings...BUT the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire floor smelled...

'We had a very good stay in this hotel. We booked a business room on 20th floor, this floor has its own breakfast room. The room is very comfortable with all facilities and good quality. Breakfast is good. The area around the hotel is not fantastic, but definitely interesting enough. Behind the hotel is a bus stop for buses to all other areas of Macau.'
