« This spot is a hidden secret for those traveling around and in Lyon. The Grand Suite was fantastic and all we had hoped for. The owners texted us to ensure we arrived correctly, and were immediately given the tour of the room and balcony. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed dinner and wine and dessert overlooking the town and the river. For a unique relaxed experience in Vienne i must absolutely recommend this place. »

« Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). The apartment is looking worn and in need of some paint and many features need some repair - tap in kitchen sink is so wobbly, no plugs in sink or...

« The hallway leading to the apartment was not clean. We entered the apartment and found that an old leak in the living room was not fixed, so there was peeling paint and mold. There was a leak from the loft bedroom to the downstairs room and we had to use towels to dry it up, it took 24 hours to have the towels replaced.
