'We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again'

'Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. '

'Overall nice stay. They provided everything. Towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. So nice to not have to buy a bunch of stuff. Nice view. Comfy king bed. Updated washer and dryer. Would be nice to have had a new shower head and another couch. Living room only had one small couch so not super comfortable to all hang out together. Overall very nice stay with family. '

'Such a dog friendly home! Well equipped for cooking and walking on the beach. The grass out front was a favorite for the pups. Saltwater taffy was great!'

'Overall a great stay. Got in late and the home was a bit hot. Opening the windows for some cross breeze helped cool things off. Kitchen was well appointed and we really just used it as a crash pad to prep for a wedding weekend and to serve as base camp to a visit to Vancouver day trip. A quick visit to the boardwalk was nice and there was a sand castle competition of sorts and some festivities over the weekend. '

'For us the property was perfect! It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.'
