'I had to stay here for a month and was happy with the stay. I loved that the park was across the road. The mattress wasnt comfortable (very hard) in the master bedroom and the sofa wasnt comfortable but I got used to it. It was super clean and would stay there again.'

'Although we found a little dusty in the smallest room, the host replied and promised to address and improve the problem promptly. We appreciate much about customer-centered service.'

'The house was in a nice area and was very comfy to stay in. Had all you could need.Communication with the hosts was great. However, although lovely to speak to, they were quite cheeky as AFTER booking and paying in full, we were asked to additionally pay either a non-refundable damage deposit or a 'large' refundable deposit which was NOT mentioned in the description. Having these hidden costs spoilt the booking process and felt a little unsettling.'

'We enjoyed our stay.'

'Extremely disappointing, misleading and uncomfortable experience. I would strongly advise anyone, particularly women travelling alone, to avoid this property. The accommodation was advertised as **“A whole house to yourself”**, which was the main reason I made the booking. However, it was only after I had paid that I discovered I had actually booked a room in a shared property, where I would be expected to share a bathroom with a male guest I did not know. 'The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality. Decor was tasteful and parking did not prove a problem as we always found spaces for 3 cars near to the property. One of the reasons (the cleanliness comfort and convenience being others) for...

'Lovely property in a great location. It was very clean, comfortable and well looked after, and being close to the city made it really convenient. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it! '

'The furniture in the main bedroom had mysterious stains along with staining on the walls as well. The bedsheets also weren't the cleanest, with crumbs and dust in the bedding. The accomodation didn't come with toilet roll or kitchen roll either. There was hairs found around the house. The headboard in the master bedroom was broken and the house had a funky smell. Over all, the cleanliness was not commendable whatsoever, however the description was accurate with three bedrooms and three bathrooms...

'There was one cupboard that was dirty in kitchen.. bit tired in places. But apart from that.. (which didn't bother me anyway) it was great.. would stay again.. perfect for a concert at Manchester academy'

'This was a nice house for our family. Very close to the airport. Easy check in process. Great host. '
