'The location is great but the attitude of the security personnel is horrible! We are well educated people to be treated that way he show his bad attitude! It’s so unprofessional and the vibes as a security personnel is not helping hospitality and management business at all! The properties is good but no essential toiletries!'

The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...

'Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.'
