'Goed hotel, goede service. Jammer genoeg geen lift. Wij hadden wat problemen met de douche, iets wat je meerdere landen tegenkomt, dus geen reden om weg te blijven. Deze ongemakken worden ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het mooie uitzicht boven op het dakterras. Ook de bediening was uitermate vriendelijk.'

Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'Very lovely staff, we asked them for lunch because we did not feel like going out to a restaurant and they made us a super delicious lunch for a cheap price. Super nice people! 'The hotel is not in the best condition. They definitely need new towels and new sheets. Also, when you eat in their restaurant and put the bill on your room, make sure you take a picture of the bill. When we checked out, the charges weren't correct (it was more than what was actually charged). Welcome to Egypt ;) '
