'Was netjes, geen airco op de kaner, was erg warm op de kamer, ontbijt was goed'

'The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! 'We have just checked out from our 2 night stay. It has been an amazing experience with our 2 young children. Facilities and room were excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and driving Range. The food was excellent at the restaurant. We had Dinner and BreaKfast for the 2 days and both days was good. However i think front Desk staff need some extra training. 'Room (deluxe with bath) blew us away - fantastic and very luxurious. Booked room with a bath to relax after a hard couple of weeks. Unfortunately the bath jets didn’t work and the water was only just warm. Reception offered to send someone out to check but the moment had already passed. Everything else with the stay was great - just shame with the bath which we’d booked specifically '

'What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !'
