Cabanes à Lummi Island

« We stayed at the little yellow lake house while attending festivities for our son’s wedding near by. It was a perfect setting for us and out of town family staying with us. A beautiful, peaceful setting for a break between activities. We enjoyed using the kayaks and sitting and watching birds and seeing turtles in the lake. Our dog enjoyed romping around the lake side. »

« Fabulous, cozy cabin with amazing views!! The cabin had everything we needed. Wish we’d stayed longer than a week. La Conner is a charming town with great restaurants and shops. »

« The location gives easy access for lovely bike rides on the Skagit flats. Deer in the yard, but no lake access.Fairhaven and Bellingham are also close. Kitchen is well equipped but no microwave. Unit would also benefit from a reading lamp. We used it as a base for a lovely active vacation. »

« Simple yet very nice place on the island. Amazing views from the deck. Was very comfortable for a family of 4 and there was room for one more near the loft. We enjoyed our stay. Just hope the find time to repair the stairs (damaged from weather) so it’s easier to access the beach. »

« We love spending time as a family on Lopez Island and Rich and Amy’s place makes that possible. It’s more suited to families with children than 7 adults. Only one bedroom has a closet where it’s possible to hand clothes and one other has a dresser. We stayed 8 days living out of suitcases. The bathrooms are ok and functional, and the kitchen is small but well stocked. The deck is spacious and the distant view is lovely. While I enjoyed sitting on the deck, we could not eat on the deck because...

« My family had a great stay at West Beach resort. Cabin was great with all we need, right on the beach. It was amazing to spend evenings around fire place and to hear t waves. Very relaxing. It was nice to have convince store at resort to buy coffee or other basics. Everyone was very friendly. We loved it. »

« The house was amazing, and super comfortable. The drive in takes a little longer than you might expect, as it’s 10-15MPH on gravel roads. But once you get there, the views are amazing. It’s about 10 minutes from Eastsound, and very close to the park and Mt Constitution. »

« Fantastic! The kitchen has everything to cook/bake for a group. The location is convenient and quiet. The lay out works well for a group with a mix of night owls and early birds. There are a lot of stairs in the home but they were easily navigated by the elder in our group. The nearby nature trails were a peaceful treat! »
