« A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...

« The outside deck was our favorite. To sit outside and feel the warm breeze is just so healing. It felt like a getaway from life, not just a vaca. I really appreciated the no tv, very relaxing. Cant decide if it's the locals, wildlife on every corner, sunbay beach or the food. If i had to sum it up, i made a new friend while healing in the ocean. »

« This property was listed on both VRBO and another company. I reserved on VRBO. Host failed to respond to emails. I called from the property, called the Host to request the lock box code, only to be told that I did not have a reservation. I told her it was through VRBO and she said she doesn't use it anymore and told me to go the other company's website to find my reservation and then tell her how to find the reservation on the other site so she would then give me the code to the lock box. « Casa Nirvana was a perfect location with amenities for 3 adults and 1 pre-teen. A/C kept us cool while sleeping and the only noises we heard were the local roosters and one trash truck. We could walk to town for groceries, caffe con leches, and dinner. There were ample areas to be together or apart. The water was hot for showers, and an outdoor shower for our return from the 5 beaches we visited. Parking on the street was not an issue. »

Limbres (a cool frozen treat) sold by a local woman, a convenience store basically across the street, …. Comfortable beds and very good air con for bedrooms. »

« Overall a great experience. Betty and Miles are wonderful hosts. They know the island and will give you useful tips. The apartments are newly updated and feel great. The view is awesome. Waking up to 180 degrees views of the Atlantic Ocean is priceless. The pool is great: not too small and 6 feet deep.
