'The view was great from the 15th floor, but the pillows in the room were awful and there was a constant loud buzzing coming from the bathroom, that we weren't able to turn off. Tried calling reception, but the phone wasn't working either. Breakfast was mediocre for the $20 per person they were charging. '

'Melissa in the dining hall was PHENOMENAL! Her personality filled the room! I have celiac disease and could only have yogurt or fruit. I didn’t even care. We had Melissa taking care of us and that made up the difference, right there! It is service like that, that will have us coming back!!!! We’re already planning our next stay. And best believe I’ll be hitting up the morning breakfast for all that sunshine! Thank you, Melissa!'
