The vacation apartment in a dune villa presents itself in a quiet location between beach grass and landscaped sand dunes behind the promenade villas. From your dune villa you can reach the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade after a short walk.

Your penthouse is equipped to a high standard and convinces with modern design. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed. In the living area there are two more sleeping places and from here you enter the spacious roof terrace, the highlight of your accommodation. Enjoy a beautiful view over the dunes and the resort. In front of the bio-ethanol fireplace you can make yourself comfortable on rainy days.

In the bathroom you will enjoy your own small wellness area with steam bath and double rain shower. The penthouse also has a modern entertainment system with Blu-Ray player, two flat-screen TVs and a music system with MP3 connection. In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos and hand filter for home brewing, in case you prefer the classic filter coffee after all.
