The condo offers beautiful elevated views of the Caribbean Sea, the lagoon, and the Porto Cupecoy Marina.

A private parking space at the foot of the building is included.

The location of the condo is truly ideal.

It is next to Mullet Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and close to the beautiful coves of Cupecoy Beach.

The condo is located in front of the golf course, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Porto Cupecoy Marina.

The bathroom is spacious and features a window with a sea view, and it also includes a washing machine.

Guest access

Check-in is simple and self-service.
You will receive a code on the day of your arrival to unlock the key box and collect the keys.

I am delighted to welcome you to my condo on this beautiful island. Before you book your stay, I would like to inform you about a situation related to the water supply in Saint Martin.

During your stay, you may occasionally experience temporary water supply interruptions due to maintenance work carried out by GEBE, the company responsible for water distribution on the island. From time to time, GEBE performs maintenance and improvement work on their water production facilities, which can result in temporary water outages in certain areas of the island.

Please note that these interruptions are not specific to my condo or the building. Our building, constructed in 2019, is a recent property.

We will do our best to inform you in advance if we receive notice of planned interruptions. However, most of the time we do not receive advance notice and cannot anticipate them.

We recommend that guests keep bottled water available to minimize any inconvenience during these temporary situations.

As these interruptions are beyond the host’s control, they cannot give rise to refunds or compensation.

That said, we remain fully committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
