I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. 'This is a not a nice motel. The rooms were not cleaned well(dog food left on floor), not enough towels for all of my family. Although the rooms were remodeled , paint was pealing in the hallways. Breakfast was very sparse and included a communal cream cheese tub and stick of butter for bagels and toast. No protein or any kind of fruit. It wasn’t enough food to feed my family. I would consider it a one star hotel'

'Staff was friendly, breakfast was the typical breakfast you get for free at any hotel. Parking was also convenient. My only drawback is that the hotel is VERY VERY outdated and rooms have a particular smell to them. For instance, the tv in the room is cable only no Netflix or streaming service. Lastly the room appearance was very vintage and not in a good way. I’ll rate it 3 stars.'
