We have stayed at this house before and love the location, its close to family. The house is set up with living room, kitchen, bedroom and handicap bathroom on the first floor which is just what we needed. We plan to return this summer for my brothers 70th birthday. That being said there were a few hiccups with our visit, all weather related. There was a big snow storm along with extremely cold temperatures for most of the time we were there, which is obviously out if the hosts control. That being said the water piles in the downstairs bathroom froze up 5 days into our 11 visit and never thawed out. We were offered another place to stay but all bedrooms/bathrooms were on the second floor which wouldn't work for us. We stayed because we had water in the kitchen so we could make things work. Plus we would have had to pack/unpack to move to another location, then again when we left and it was really to cold to deal with all that. For the future the water problem really needs to be addressed.

This was the perfect location for our visit to Loveland. Just a short walk to downtown and a terrific bike trail. Plenty of space for our family of four in this nicely renovated older home. Beds were comfortable. Living room was roomy - a perfect spot to gather and hang out. If it had been warmer, the wrap-around porch would have been ideal. Host was very responsive and provided detailed information prior to our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay in Loveland. The property was comfortable, clean and in a great location for exploring the downtown area. It is walkable to restaurants and shops. There were a few minor maintenances issues that didn't affect our overall stay but kept me from giving a full five starts. Still, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd recommend it to others visiting the area.

Clean. I had trouble finding the check out instructions due to the multitude of emails I received because the subject line in the email does not specify what the email is for. Fire alarm will go off with steam from shower when the bathroom door is open but good to know it works.

Perfect location within walking distance to cute little town, walking/biking trails along a picturesque river. Nice safe neighborhood. We walked to a local bar and listened to music one night. The town has lots of cute quirky places that just add to the fun vibe. Kitchen was very well stocked (coffee pods, oil for cooking, Salt/pepper)- and new dishes pots and pans and newly renovated, washer dryer also new, bathrooms were clean. Ceiling of downstairs bathroom needs addressing - maybe better ventilation because paint is peeling. Carpets in 2/3 bedrooms had quite a few dark stains that made the whole house feel dirty. The bathroom bath mat was also dirty (they should not have a reusable bath mat and just use a towel). Blinds in windows were missing slats or broken. Please replace the carpet with a solid surface and just have throw rugs it will make the biggest difference to this quaint house. I wanted to love it more - but the dirty carpet ruined my impression. Replace the rugs and this place will be back on my list to stay!

Home is nicely situated to trail and town. Wrap around front porch was a treat. Only issue is that the air conditioning is unbalanced, leaving first floor too cold and second floor too hot. Got around this by opening bedroom and bath window on first floor. It was particularly hot when we were there. Would stay again.

Fun farm house

This old farm house met all my husbands handicap needs. We didn't use the 2nd floor because everything we needed was on the 1st floor from the ramp into the house to the big walk in shower with handicap bars. The only thing we had a problem with was the shower temperature could have been hotter and we couldn't figure out the hand held shower head. The house is within 5 mins to family.We liked it so much we have already booked it again for January.

Charming house in Loveland

My daughter and I stayed here for the week, while she was participating in an event at the Sharonville Convention Center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from shops and restaurants in Loveland. It’s an older home and is decorated very nicely and modernized. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. It was quite warm when we were there, so I do think the upstairs had a little bit of a hard time keeping as cool as the 1st floor; so you may want to consider packing a fan if you will be staying in one of the upstairs bedrooms (the twin beds or the king bed). We did have one issue with the smoke alarm sounding, as we believe the batteries were dying; but I contacted the host, and they came right away and took care of it. They were very responsive! We would absolutely stay here again, if ever back in the area. It’s a great place to stay and relax, the host was great to work with, local stores and restaurants are just minutes away (some within walking distance), and it’s only about 15-20 minutes away from everything else you might need (Convention Center, Kings Island, larger shopping and restaurant areas).

Older property which is evident, however, the inside was completely remodeled and the outside has been painted. Walking distance to downtown Loveland so a great spot if you plan to stay in Loveland (which has plenty offer).

The house itself was fine. There were only 2 hangers in the 3 bedroom house. The twin bedroom had no bar in the closet to even hang clothes on. There were 2 coffee cups in the cupboard DIRTY and several glasses with finger and lip prints. No cable to watch tv, no ABC,CBS, or NBC. Ants in first floor bath, kitchen and bedroom. Smoke detector in first floor bedroom was disconnected and laying on a shelf in the closet. No towel rack in second floor bathroom. Twin bedroom didn't close unless you locked it.These may sound like picky things but they all effected the trip.

The location is within walking distance of Old Downtown and the Little Miami River Trail. We requested a drip coffee maker and were told they would send one but it never came. The house did have a lot of small ants.

Great House for a family

The house is a short walk to all the bars,restaurants and shopping in Loveland. Very clean and nicely decorated with a bicycle theme. Bike trail is very close and goes theough the town center. There was a small water leak in the ceiling of the lower level bathroom during a heavy downpour, but I am sure that will be an easy fix. We would absolutely rent this house again.
