« No parking, ac was ok, no hot water. »

« Stayed at the resort for 4 nights . The room was clean . Bed was soft for my comfort. Additionally, Air conditioning was set and unable to get a remote to change the temperature to adjust temperature for ones comfort. Toilet kept running and bathroom shower pipe dripping for the duration of the stay . Hotel upkeep is poor . Notwithstanding, I took off a Bulova crystal watch , left in the room and went out the watch was no where to be found, Reported the matter to the front desk...

« The view was amazing the front desk staff and cleaning crew were awesome. The restaurant staff lacked customer service, every experience with the restaurant staff was terrible. I think due to having the gratuity built it in has made the restaurant staff not care or have to try to do a good job due to a guaranteed tip. This made us leave the resort for meals due to the service being so bad. Due to this we would not stay at this resort again, I would strongly reconsider having the gratuity...
