'Fantastic seafront hotel. Sits right on the waterfront in the village. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking area available next to the public carpark.
The rooms are simple but stylish with nice balconies overlooking the sea. We stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. You can get ferries to teh nearby beaches or you can walk the E4 trail.
The downstairs does great coffee aswell as typical greek food.

'Dit hotelletje lig in de bergen. Als je uit de kloof omhoog komt, kun je aan het einde van de Fygu kloof opgehaald worden. De volgende dag wordt je bij Samaria afgezet. Eten prima, slapen lekker fris.'
'This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. '
'Fantastische locatie maar kamers moeten even goed aangepakt worden (vooral de badkamers)... en het eten is simpelweg slecht. Personeel moet ook nog wat leren over service. Handdoeken werden niet vervangen, tot dat wij er iets van hebben gezegd na 4 dagen! Jammer want ze kunnen hier iets schitterends van maken.'
'The owner and her father were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little too small for 1 week holiday and the bathroom could be more modern but all in all a must, especially considering the price. We had a slightly more expensive room with balcony on the first floor, facing the sea.
The weather was beautiful and very pleasant for the end of October.
On the other side of the street (on the corner) there is the possibility to get lunch and diner at a very democratic price.
