« Apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for 4 people. It is in a great location for access to downtown Denver. Grocery stores, gas stations and Wal-Mart nearby. There is a liquor store and tattoo parlor across the street which did not cause us any problems. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had a very minor issue while we were there and Sanja fixed it immediately. Would stay here again. »

The coffee shop and bar were really charming. They also have a basement that is decorated with 70s charm, wood paneling, lava lamps and all. »

« Starting off with the positive- this is an excellent location to downtown area.Our stay was not good. The original picture of this listing was the front house and only after paying did we receive instructions that the entrance is in the back. This is advertised as a private studio when in reality, it is the third bedroom, separated at the kitchen with a very filmsy looking door. You can hear everything.The place was not clean. Grime on the walls, dirty toilet, broken blinds. If you are allergic...

« From the location to the luxurious bedroom, this was the perfect stay while I was visiting friends for the holidays. I brought my dog with me and the proximity to the park made this day even more amazing. My favorite was greeting the chickens every morning. This was a wonderful day with an incredible host. »

« This one room unit had everything I needed. The kitchen had everything needed for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable. It was very clean. The owner was wonderful as he responded to my questions almost instantly. The parking is good, the neighborhood is good. There is a King Soopers within walking distance. »

« The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent. »

It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. »
