'Excelente servicio. El hotel super limpio. La piscina hermosa y grande con un área para los mas chicos. Todos los empleados muy atentos desde el front desk hasta el chico de la barra y los del restaurante. La cena muy rica y el desayuno excelente también. Lo único q puedo mencionar q pueden mejorar es q el aire acondicionado de la habitación es muy pequeño para el área de las habitaciones y por tanto no enfría rápido. Cuando sales de la habitación y quitas la llave se apaga el aire...

'me and my wife spent 10 days in februari 2013 at plaza real resort without any real problems or complains. nice pool with good food and service, friendly staff everywhere, good security, beautifull beach with entrance across the street, ac in bedroom, free wifi with reasonable speed in the room, supermarket and italian baker around the corner, exeptional value for the money, juan dolio for the rest is quiet and a real touristic spot without a nightlife.'

'This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect.
