'The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. '

'This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants.'

Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'Heel goed hotel, vriendelijke check-inn waarbij we vroeg de ruime hotelkamer in konden. Ontbijt was perfect met veel keuze en goede koffie. Koffie en water was de hele dag door gratis beschikbaar.'
