'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'You get what you pay for. This is a functional hotel with small but clean and well-maintained rooms. The highlight is undoubtedly the location — it would be hard to find a better spot in Santiago. The surroundings are safe, public transport connections are excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. However, the Wi-Fi never worked during my stay. Despite complaining several times at the front desk, the issue was never resolved. As...
