'The staff were incredible! Special shoutout to Nahuel, who graciously received us after 11pm. He gave us several options for where we could stay. I stayed in a nice, spacious room with a queen bed and a larger bathroom across the hallway. My parents stayed upstairs in the bunk beds, with two bathrooms available. Nahuel prepared breakfast and coffee for us in the morning. It was excellent! He and I became friends by the end of our stay. The rest of the staff were in and out throughout our time...

'When I arrived the woman said there was no reservation for me, that they were full and that they do not have an agreement with Expedia. I could find no other place to stay that night. It’s unclear to me if this issue is with Portal Austral or Expedia. Lame! '
