'Het hotel was in uitstekende staat van onderhoud en supersschoon. Het is niet zo'n kolos als in de rest van Los Cabos. De receptie is letterlijk dag en nacht behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk. Of je nu een -rare- vraag hebt (waar vind ik een europese adaptor, het beste strand, het centrale busstation), hulp nodig hebt of iets wilt reserveren: ze doen het altijd en met een lach. Wifi, computerruimte, lekker zonneterras waar je hotelgenoten kunt ontmoeten of kunt genieten van zon of maan. Dichtbij...

'Fantastic big rooms and pool facilities. We didn’t like the impersonal check-in, many questions of the waiters, no drinking water in the room, renovations works with a lot of noise. There should be more food options. '

'My wife likes to stay at VIP section at this property. Part of the reason we return is the service Ismael provides at the VIP pool. One area for improvement for the VIP pool would be to have a different music playlist each day. It is a bit tiresome hearing the same, not very good songs, every day. In general, the food quality across all on-property restaurants has declined through the years. Most food is OK for an all-inclusive, but don't get a ribeye or sea bass, as both are terrible. ...

'DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com'

'Oh this is my fifth year staying at this beautiful garden style hotel, the friendliest staff and feels like you’re going a bit back in time! Trees growing through the lobby beautifully accenting with the common area and the stairwells. New and very comfortable mattresses. Great “AC” and each room has a refrigerator. Actions speak louder than words, there’s a reason I stay here every time I come here to go fishing!'
