'Ik vond het super fijn en veilig voor de kinderen ze hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de tuin. Er om heen is veel te doen winkels restaurants stranden en ga zo maar door! Zker aanrader en zal zeker nog een keer daar willen gaan. Mijn kinderen hebben oprecht genoten.'

'With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim'

'Ce fût un très beau séjour en famille. Dès le départ, nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires en temps et en heure de la part du propriétaire. La maison était très propre et bien équipée, elle disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, seulement à 6min en voiture de la plage (playa flamenca) et des centres commerciaux (zénia boulevard). 'Trevor was great with communicating through emails & making sure i had everything i needed before my stay & checking everything would be on for my elderly grandmother which i thought was a lovely consideration to have. Trevor made sure i had all the contact details prior to landing so that everything went smooth with my stay. As an owner i couldn’t recommend Trevor enough :) '

'La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...

'Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

'The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...
