There is wireless WiFi, heating and air conditioning for your comfort. French doors lead out to a large deck with two outdoor couches to relax on. There is also a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster and a small refrigerator/freezer.

Just 2 miles from the beach relax and unwind in this stylish studio after a day of exploring the coastal beauty of Malibu! The property borders Solstice Canyon Park with no visible neighbors. Hike to the waterfall in the park, surf or watch the surfers at Surf Rider Beach. Hike at Point Dume where the amazing 360 degree views provides the ultimate spot to watch the sunset!

World-famous restaurants such as Nobu, Geoffrey’s and Maestro’s are close by. Malibu Seafood is located right at the bottom of the canyon and has the freshest seafood you’ll find anywhere!

**Please note: this separate and private space is tucked behind the main residence, Malibu’s iconic “Blu Space” . You must be able to walk up and down some uneven cobblestone stairs. See pictures. Also, the cobblestone driveway (as well as the gravel-dirt part of the easement to our property) requires slow driving. Any type of car can make the drive, as long as you drive slowly.
