Slecht : heel onvriendelijk personeel aan de balie. Niet normaal dat men daags voordien moet aanvragen om de kamer te reinigen en het bed op te maken. Onlogisch : men moet het kaartje "Niet Storen" aan de buitenklink hangen opdat de handdoeken zouden worden ververst. Ontbijt stelt niets voor.

ligt dicht bij de luchthaven dit is het positieve . Druk bezocht hotel met veel lawaai en een weinig hulpzaam personeel aan de balie . Het ontbijt is ook zeer basic. boterham met eieren of confituur , we hadden meer en beter verwacht

Exageradamente ruidosos y sucio. El ruidos del motor del elevador sonando todo el tiempo. El supuesto desayuno no llegaba ni a continental. Cafetería sucia. La persona que atendía en la cafetería dijo que ya no habría desayuno al día siguiente. No se si sucedió, porque me salí ese mismo día. No podíamos dormir allí una noche más.

I tried to check in and had 4 luggage.bags.Told to park the car, walk back to get luggage cart, then proceed to room. No help. Parked car, walked back to lobby for cart. Went to room, unloaded cart, returned cart, had to leave to return the rental car, when leaving the garage, they would not let me leave without paying a parking fee. Paid fee. Gate opened, left and returned rental car. Walked back to hotel, purchased food from McDonald's. Went to room. Checked out in the morning for transport to airport. Received bill for parking. Not correct, did not park overnight. I should have been told that to park the car, not in alley way, they would charge me a parking fee. Just told to move car, while I went to get luggage cart. No one offered, no help, and now charging a fee that I was told to park there to get luggage cart. I would like to be refunded that parking fee, for only minutes to get cart, and then left to return rental car. Not very happy. Please correct. Thank You,

I never provide bad ratings but I was shocked by this. This hotel is under a total reconstruction but has no indication of that online. They also include breakfast, but due to the construction, they just give you an apple and muffin in a paper bag. The hot and cold sides of the faucet and shower were switched. The room is incredibly small. The TV remote did not work properly at all. I also called the property before heading over to confirm all fees due when I arrived. They mentioned the deposit was $50 and the parking was $15. However, the parking was $55 when I arrived. Please save yourself the headache and do not stay here. Plenty of other reasonable places to stay nearby for the price.

Parking fee outrageous. Breakfast promised at booking but no coffee or breakfast due to "renovation." Really? Esp after POS, very deceptive. Front desk staff unapologetic, almost rude. Bad experience with this stay. Very disappointed.

Check in and our was simple and easy. Parking was good. However, elevators were shaking, damaged and electrical wires showing. Continental breakfast was a single toaster for toast or cereal. The room was adequate size. The shower leaked water across the floor in the bathroom. The electrical sockets were missing face plates or didn't hold chargers. The telephone did not work in the room or the lobby by the elevators. Overall I would not suggest this property to anyone.

It was a huge issue for me to put the stay charge on one card, and the refundable deposit on another card- when that is possible to do. Other hotels do it all the time. This made a huge difference in whether I had a place to sleep that night when visiting from out of town. They said it was policy but it was no where in the site. That was a huge inconvenience and I had to call and borrow money from someone just so everything can be on one card.

$45/per day to park and their "Breakfast Buffet" is now toast and fruitloops. This place is nothing better than a Motel 6! Parking garage has a 6'4" vehicle height max, and stinks like marijana as do all the elevators and hallways. Staff said possible early check in but when we got there at two they said there would be NO rooms available until exactly 3:00 at which time MIRACULOUSLY like 15-20 rooms became availabe.We will never stay at a La Quinta/Wyndham again

the pool and fitness center was closed. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere except their personal website. Their website on there saying they service breakfast with eggs and bacon and such is false as well. They served us bread and cereal. The first room smelt like tar and the second room smelt like feet. I liked the tiny dove bars and that’s about it. Oh, yes and I booked my room over 2 months in advanced and they never got my Expedia booking so the room I bought was not there. What an experience!

Room was not cleaned although I requested it. Parking is super expensive. Staff is not friendly nor accommodating. Breakfast is horrible (toasts and kids cereals only). Restaurant refuses to charge to the room. Way too many shortcomings with this hotel!

Close and convenient only. Stayed at another La Quinta Inn the night before 3 hours north which was nearly perfect. This LAX one was horrible. Guess that’s Los Angeles??

Our phone didn’t work so we had to go to the lobby to ask questions and we went down 4 times Sunday night asking for 2 pillows and they never came. The elevators are also slow and our tv in the 2nd tv in our room did not have a cable so didn’t work , had to go downstairs and report it since we had no functioning phone. They came and fixed it but inconvenience us so many times

I didn't like how they charge for parking and don't advertise that fee in the booking listing. $45 a day or told me to find parking on the street. I had a handicapped friend as my guest and the area is by LAX so street parking isn't necessarily legal or accessible forcing me to pay. The elevators are extremely small and fit maybe 3 people comfortably without cramming like sardines. Gym and pool closed. Morning breakfast options were waffles, cereal and toast. Nothing else. If your room is by the elevator shaft you will hear it all night long. They are neglecting the quality of people's stay because it's going to be converted into a Hilton soon and no longer a la quinta inn.

Checked in at 1 a.m only to be waken up at 6 a.m by what sounded like a high school band but turned out to be protesters at Holiday Inn right outside my window. I called the front desk to see why we wasn’t informed and given the option to go elsewhere and I was told to come down and they would rectify the situation (never happened) I went down only to be told they could not find the manager and they would call me 10 hours later no call I’ve called multiple times only to be left on hold until the phone call is transferred somewhere else it sucks cause I had to get up and find another hotel in order to get some sleep.when if they were honest I would’ve went somewhere else to begin with

The hotel is located close to LAX, 2.8 km away. Love the free airport 24/7 shuttle service which runs every 30 min. The hotel shuttle pick-up area is located at level 2/ departure level of LAX airport, look for the red sign 'Hotel Shuttle' stand. The guest room is clean and bright. Room housekeeping service is provided ONLY upon request with the front desk staff. The room comes with all amenities except a kettle, though there's a small coffee maker. It would be more convenient to have a kettle in the room for everyday needs or at least provide one upon request, especially when traveling with family and friends. There's a Thai restaurant and Subway across the hotel and a McDonald's steps away. There are 2 gas stations with their convenient stores nearby. Overall, my family and I are happy with our 3-night stay at this hotel.
